AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

• Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking.
  
• Future payments will automatically charge each month according to the schedule you see on your invoice.
  
• When you book, we will calculate an automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance on the day of every month that your payment will be processed.
  
• Automatic billing is available at no charge. To opt-out of automatic billing send an email to travel@worldphototeller.com
  

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

• Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is highly recommended. You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully.
  
• Here are a few travel insurance companies to review: Allianz, Travelex, and Travel Guard.
  

TRAVEL NOTES:

• A passport is needed to travel to St. Lucia. It must be valid for six (6) months beyond your travel dates and have at least two blank pages.
  
• Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 2 weeks prior to travel.
  
• If you are sharing a room with someone, select double occupancy. The double occupancy price listed is per person.
  
• When booking for more than one person (for example: couples), select double occupancy and a quantity of 2.
  
• If you will be the only person in the room, select single occupancy at the higher rate.
  
• Roommates should make their own separate reservations.
• In order to utilize ground transportation included in your package, you must provide flight information by March 25, 2024.

BOOKING TERMS & POLICIES

• This trip is being managed by Worldphototeller Travel in partnership with Family Wellness Group.
• Making reservations for this package acknowledges your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
  
• All payments are managed by Worldphototeller Travel and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  
• Worldphototeller Travel has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
  
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification.
  
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
• Once you book, you will begin receiving emails over several weeks requesting additional trip details including your roommate's information
